About Idle Type
My photos are a reflection of the things that cross my path and catch my eye. Most of the shots are from Baltimore, where I lived for several years, and New York City, where I live now. I enjoy shooting everyday scenes from interesting angles and uncommon perspectives to create images that are at once familiar yet entirely new.
From a technical standpoint, I shoot almost exclusively with Nikon digital cameras these days, but I still like to play with film cameras when I get the chance. While I have a non-photographic day job, I have been known to do commercial work, and I will sell you a print or a photo usage license if you want one.
